CCMA Team of the Year
Affinnion International picked up the 2011 award for the CCMA ‘Team of the Year’ sponsored by InsightNow.
The event that also included a gala dinner is a way of recognising exceptional talent in the customer services industry. Marcio Rodrigues, Managing Consultant at InsightNow attended the evening to present the award. “Improving customer experience is our passion and so it is great to be able to recognise the hard work by the team in Affinnion in this way,” he says.
