Dave Howard, CEO Linked-in

Dave is the Chief Executive and joint founder of InsightNow Limited. He has been at the forefront of large scale service delivery since 1995 when he co-founded Catalyst IT Partners, the UK's leading independent contact centre consultancy. During this period Dave worked as both a business and technical architect for blue-chip organisations worldwide, designing, implementing and optimising contact centres for over 50 clients.

Dave’s professional ambition is to change the way contact centres interact with their customers to create a much deeper and robust understanding of what makes a great and profitable customer experience that can be delivered with passion and purpose by engaged employees.

Dave has held a number of positions in financial services, management consultancies, software development companies and engineering companies and is an active non-executive director for several customer focused companies.

Neil Sharp, Managing Director Linked-in

Neil is Managing Director of InsightNow Limited. In addition to being a member of the board, his main responsibilities are divided between business development and project management, working mainly with clients looking to trial or implement all or part of the InsightNow Connected Performance toolset.

Prior to the formation of InsightNow, Neil spent 21 years in the financial services industry, in senior management roles and as a management and marketing consultant. Neil’s main professional interest is the use of customer experience feedback to transform and align a company’s strategic proposition with their service delivery.

Mark Hatfield, Development Director Linked-in

Mark Hatfield is Development Director and joint founder of InsightNow Limited. Mark led the development of InsightNow's core survey engine and is responsible for technical architecture delivering tailored, integrated solutions to clients.

Prior to the foundation of InsightNow, Mark spent 6 years as a managing consultant and product development manager at Catalyst IT Partners Ltd, delivering service improvements through the application of proprietary tools and methodologies. Here Mark worked with more than 20 'household name' organisations in a number of sectors, including financial services, government and manufacturing.

Mark has a BSc. Honours in Computer Science and Information Engineering from the University of Hull and has worked professionally in all areas of IT development

Marcio Rodrigues, Managing Consultant Linked-in

Marcio is a Managing Consultant at InsightNow, with a background in humanities. Prior to joining Insight Now Marcio held sales & management positions in the technology/research industry where he gathered a wealth of experience in designing, managing and analysing winning customer experience programmes in the UK, EU, US and South African markets.

Marcio’s personal goal is to continue to work with people and technology whilst leveraging his passion to provide brilliant customer experiences and to remain at the leading edge of business progression by developing innovative solutions to really make a difference to revenue opportunities, operational performance and customer experiences. Highly customer focused, it is Marcio's aim to ensure that customers are at the heart of every decision companies make.

Jo Daly, Managing Consultant Linked-in

Jo joined Insight Now in September 2011 as a Managing Consultant. Prior to joining the company, Jo worked at Vertex Data Science Ltd as a Managing Consultant specialising in Customer Service Excellence, Outsourcing and Business Transformation for blue-chip clients in 4 key sectors - Government, Finance, Utilities and Private Sector.

Prior to Vertex, Jo was a Director of a small Contact Centre Consultancy, as well as having a 23 year career previously with BT plc. She has a wealth of senior management experience across a range of corporate roles (Sales, HR, Training and Management Development, Facilitation, Consultancy with FTSE 500 clients, and Multi-Channel business development).

Jo has a Masters in Business Administration from Leeds Metropolitan University , a BA Hons in Modern Languages from Bristol University and Grad. IPM (Institute of Personnel Management). She also has Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt and Prince 2 accreditation.

Varun Gautam, Managing Consultant Linked-in

Varun joined InsightNow Limited in 2009 as a Managing Consultant, Strategic Analytics. He uses advanced statistical modelling techniques to deliver true insight into what drives customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, customer recommendation and future behaviour.

Varun gained an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from PEC University of Technology, Chandigarh, India and in 2008 was awarded an MBA from IESE Business School, Barcelona. Prior to joining InsightNow, Varun worked for a number of global technology and industrial corporations.

Rebecca Sharp, Marketing Executive Linked-in 

Rebecca joined InsightNow in January 2010 and is primarily responsible for managing the website and marketing communications. Rebecca has previously held marketing and PR roles within the Financial Services sector and as a freelance consultant.

Dan Howard, Implementation Consultant Linked-in

Dan is an Implementation Consultant at InsightNow Limited. His key focus is developing Insight Now's core survey engine, Survey 360, and Connected Performance. Dan can provide beginning to end support for implementing Insight Now services, from initial technical requirement gathering to on-site training.  He also provides support and feedback for existing clients, delivering tailored enhancements and assisting with the Insight Now helpdesk support.

Prior to joining InsightNow, Dan spent 4 years in the insurance industry in Business and System analysis roles, working mainly in IT development, supporting systems releases and maintaining in house software.


Jaco Joubert, Technical Account Manager Linked-in 

Jaco is the Technical Account Manager at InsightNow Limited. His key focus is to manage all aspects of technical client support. Prior to joining InsightNow, Jaco spent the last 11 years working in the client support environment for various IT companies, implementing hardware/software packages, customising and maintaining in house software.

Colin Agbabiaka, Senior Developer  

Colin joined our IT team in January 2011, as a Senior Developer and is responsible for on-going developments associated with our Benchmarking suite of products.  Colin is also responsible for enhancements to Survey360, the technology at the heart of our customer experience management programme. 

Prior to joining InsightNow, Colin spent 3 years as a server administrator and software developer at Synovate Ltd and Accenture UK respectively, involved in roles encompassing many areas of IT, ranging from system infrastructure design to building of applications and in-house tools for FTSE 100 clients. Colin has also worked on several web development projects over the past 6 years, using a whole host of technologies across the recognised web platforms in the industry.

Colin has an MSc in Intelligent Systems from King’s College London, having previously gained an honours degree in Computer Science BSc from Goldsmiths College, University of London.

Michael Amosu, Senior Developer  

Michael is a Senior Developer and joined the InsightNow IT team in February 2011.  Michael's primary responsibility is the on-going development, enhancement and support of our flagship product, Survey360.  

Prior to joining InsightNow Michael worked for Synovate ViewsCast, supporting and developing their data collection and reporting software.
