Incisive Media Gold Standard Awards
The same month will see the awards ceremony of the Incisive Media Gold Standard Awards, for which Neil has been asked to be part of the judging panel. As well as an expert in Customer Insight, Neil has over 26 years’ experience in Financial Services and Insightnow has worked with many financial services companies to help them improve their customer experience. These awards seek to reward the best in financial services based on an assessment of financial strength, capability, service, fair value and trust. They are open to entry from companies involved in independent financial advice, fund management, group and individual pensions, insurance, mortgages, protection and discretionary portfolio management.
